Since 2000, he has established himself as a seasoned entrepreneurial finance executive, serving as a CFO for numerous early-stage biotechnology and technology firms. Arthur is a licensed attorney and a CPA, offering a unique and powerful combination of financial rigor and strategic insight that allows him to lead diverse functions including finance, tax, legal, and human resources. He also brings significant board-level experience from his work with private equity-backed emerging growth companies.
At OTI, Arthur’s primary focus is on strengthening financial and accounting operations while ensuring rigorous compliance through the oversight of financial reporting and IRS tax filings. He provides critical strategic guidance regarding the company’s current financing activities and long-term corporate growth, particularly as OTI accelerates its glaucoma therapeutic programs. Arthur’s leadership is pivotal following OTI’s recent C-corp reorganization, ensuring the company maintains high capital efficiency and a robust operational foundation as it positions itself for its next round of financing.
